 Our doctors are trained to care for both adults and children with a wide range of medical conditions and concerns. We are trained primary care physicians equipped to handle the full spectrum of pediatric and adult medicine. Here are a just a few examples of the services we provide: Well baby/Well child care We know that nothing is more important than your family. Following American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for routine child care we are prepared to discuss child behavior, development, vaccines, nutrition and everything in between when it comes to your children. Physical Exams (adult and adolescent) The cornerstone of health is preventative care. We will make sure you are taken care of when it comes to your physical exams, including recommended vaccines and screening tests. Inpatient Services or Consultation We are trained to care for acute illness in both children and adults. We see our own patients when they are admitted to one of our hospitals. We also provide medical consultations when requested by specialists. Cancer Screening We provide (or refer) patients for all recommened cancer screening, including screening for breast and cervical cancer, prostate cancer, and colon cancer. EKG Testing Our office is experienced at evaluating cardiac problems including irregular heart rhythms, and evaluation of heart conditions including in office computerized EKG.

High Blood Pressure Management Many patients have high blood pressure, and we feel strongly that this is an undertreated and serious condition. We are trained to provide our patients the education and medication they need to control their cardiovascular health. Diabetes Care and Control Diabetes is not simply a blood sugar problem. It is a complex and multifaceted condition that requires close monitoring. High Cholesterol Screening and Management Many patients have elevated cholesterol. We will help you in your treatment (when appropriate) of your cholesterol as well as ensure you are screened properly for this condition. Hepatitis B Screening and Care Many patients in our local area are Hepatitis B Carriers and may not even be aware of this issue. With extensive experience in this area we are very comfortable in helping patients understand and follow their condition. Travel Immunizations and Advice In today's world, people are always on the move. We provide travel immunizations and advice for patients traveling all over the planet. Asthma Care (including acute asthma exacerbations) As a growing problem in America, asthma afflicts many patients with resulting cough, difficulty breathing, or limitation of activity. We follow the latest guidelines when it comes to helping you control and reduce the severity of your symptoms. Suturing (stitches) of cuts We are prepared to take care of your cuts and scrapes. We provide in office wound care, cleaning, and suturing of most cuts (when appropriate). Splints for fractures or sprains Our physicians are prepared to handle your orthopedic problems. We provide in office splinting of fractures or sprains as necessary and referral to orthopedic specialists for more complex needs. |
